I currently see adults, both individuals, couples in private practice. I currently see clients with:
- grief/loss
- anxiety
- phobias
- depression
- abuse, childhood sexual abuse
- sexual dysfunction
- adjustment concerns
My approach is eclectic, using best practices in accomplishing your therapeutic goal. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Systemic, and Existential Therapy; with a Transtheoretical Change Model. My goal is to help you reach your goal.
Previous Experience
Bereavement, Grief and Loss:
- I worked in bereavement (Providence Hospice and Homecare of Snohomish County) for over a year, and have extensive experience in working with clients in transitional points in their lives, working through loss, and adjusting to and ultimately embracing the new reality.
- Although I do not practice pastoral counseling, nor do I consider myself a christian counselor, my time as a pastor informs my approach especially in the area of spiritual and existential issues.

- M.Div.: Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (2003) in Pastoral Theology
