Approach to Counseling
Therapy is a process, where the therapist's job is to facilitate you through possible change options. You spend time identifying what’s working and not working in your life and collaboratively decide on the best desired outcome. The most important component to successful therapy is simply that you feel comfortable with your therapist, so whether you seek therapy here or somewhere else, comfort will bring you success.
